The Office of the President for RIMAS is a special administration dedicated to supporting the President's strategic operations and objectives. This office provides high-level assistance to the President, focusing on strategy formulation, operational alignment, and oversight of critical initiatives. Additionally, it ensures comprehensive legal support to safeguard organizational compliance, mitigate risks, and facilitate informed decision-making. Through its integrative role, the Office of the President drives efficiency, fosters innovation, and upholds governance standards across all facets of RIMAS operations.

Chief of Staff

Mr. Dennis Poh Wei Song

Founder and Managing Partner, Legatcy Consulting LLP

 

Mr. Dennis Poh is the Founder and Managing Partner of Legatcy Consulting LLP. His mission is to professionalize advisory services for start-ups and SMEs across Asia and has since assisted several start-ups with their due diligence and completion for their Seed to Series B fundraising and exits. With a decade’s experience in Asia’s start-up space, Dennis has an extensive network of disruptive ventures.

He is also a member of The Chief of Staff Association and is part of the first cohort (capped at 40 participants) to attend the Oxford Chief of Staff Executive Certification Programme delivered on campus at the University of Oxford, which has been designed specifically for chiefs of staff and to become a Certified Chief of Staff™. He has also completed his Masters of Law in International Business with Birmingham City University.

On the side, he has mentored students and startups from reputable institutions in Singapore, like NP, SUTD, SUSS, NUS and A*star through his unique approach of coaching and business mentoring.

Chief Legal Advisor

Mr. Waltson Tan

Managing Director, 28 Falcon Law Corporation

 

Mr. Waltson Tan is a corporate lawyer based in Singapore. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the United Kingdom. He is qualified as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore and has more than seven years of post-qualification experience.

Prior to joining the firm as a managing director in 2023, Waltson practised at some of the top law firms in Singapore and thereafter, at a leading international law firm, which was the second largest law firm in the United States and one of the ten largest in the world.

Waltson focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, investment funds and other general corporate and commercial transactions. He has also represented numerous leading multinational organisations on a broad spectrum of corporate, regulatory, cross-border restructuring and employment matters.
